How do i track my order?
This could be done with the tracking number provided in the email you will receive from us, after your order has been received and processed.
You should receive a call from our third party courier service provider upon arrival, or if they are unable to deliver to the specified address.
Please ensure that you will be present at the shipping address you have provided during the day between 09:00 and 17:00. Not being at the venue will cause a re-deliver the following day, and this will incur additional cost.
Please allow approximately 48 hours after date/time of your purchase, for the tracking information to update (weekends and public holidays excluded).
How does trendi Co shipping work?
Standard shipping = Store to door
Main Centers (JHB,CPT,PLZ,PTA,ELS etc)
Shipping of orders take between 1 and 3 working days, between 8am – 5pm which will be fulfilled by our third party courier service.
Standard courier cost = R85
I live in a Border Area, how can i receive my items?
These are remote areas which are not situated in large city centers.This service may take between 3-5 working days.
Upon successful payment and order(s) processed, you shall receive a tracking number via email (you have provided at checkout) which would be the customers responsibility to track their order(s)
I live in a Port Elizabeth, is there a local pick up?
This option is for customers who wish to collect their order(s) in place of being delivered. (Port Elizabeth – ONLY)
Collection days and times are Saturday to Sunday, between 11:00 and 16:30.

How does Returns work?
Our Return & Exchange policy lasts 5 days from date of receipt.
If this time has expired since the date of purchase, we unfortunately are not able to assist in this matter.
In order for you to be eligible for a Refund/Exchange, the items should be in the condition it was received. Unused, unwashed, untampered, and undamaged. A thorough inspection and scrutiny shall be conducted before a Refund/Exchange would be processed.
Items which are exempted from a Refund/Exchange:
1. Goods on SALE
2. Sanitary/intimate goods (swimwear etc)
3. Gift cards

I need to exchange an item?
If you so wish to make an exchange for the same item (due to incorrect sizing etc) you may email us the full description and reason for exchange to. This will only be considered depending stock availability.
